Contingency recruitment is the most popular way of recruiting for mid-level roles and includes networking, searching through CV databases and advertising in both European and global job boards as well as in the local language media. This work is carried out on a success fee basis, with a fee payable after the candidate signs a letter of intent or employment contract with the Client.
When time and flexibility are the most important factors, freelance resources and fixed-term contracts are the right choice. We are able to source freelancers with specific experience within tight timelines (usually 48 hours) and we offer competitive daily rates for contractors.
Functional Service Provision (FSP)
We also provide services in clinical trials in FSP model (Functional Service Provision) and work as a subcontractor in home care clinical trials. We have experience of executing international contracts with up to 100 staff in a single project that allow the Client to retain control of the study and at the same time outsource daily management of the trial.
