While we require only 1 month of exclusivity on a given search, unlike most of the industry we do not require upfront payments. There are only two installments – the first one after we present a shortlist of candidates and the final one after the selected candidate signs a contract.

This work is carried out on a success fee basis, with a fee payable after the candidate signs an employment contract with the Client.
