Due to expansion of our Client based in Monaco on the French Riviera (Côte d’Azur) we are looking for International Export Sales Director who will be responsible for managing a network of international distributors in the company.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Driving further a strong growth of export business (50% last year) through building strategies, policies as well as constant market analysis and monitoring
  • Managing and developing sales with existing international distributors (outside France), incl. negotiating, order tracking, billing
  • Launching new products and line extensions of existing products with existing international distributors
  • Opening new markets with new distributors as needed
  • Representation of the company in contact with local health authorities as well as in congresses and international events


  • Min. 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, ideally with OTC / food supplement products and/or in women’s health area
  • Experience of working with distributors, negotiating agreements and developing business internationally
  • Ability to work in different markets and cultures to effectively manage a global network of distributors
  • Fluency in English, French not required although it would be an extra asset
